It was a great day at the newly relocated Wauchope Art Gallery.
On Tuesday 4th of July 2023, the Wauchope TAFE Cultural Arts and Passion to Profit students helped mark the reopening of the gallery with a vibrant exhibition - Saltwater Freshwater.
With the collection of artworks featuring stories and imagery based on their connection to the waterways throughout Birpai Country. The art pieces highlight the beauty that is present in the many lakes, rivers, and ocean, and depicts the life that can be seen in both saltwater and freshwater bodies.
The artists creativity and talents can be seen in a variety of pieces which use many different mediums including painted ceramic, jewellery pieces, and a collection of prints and cards.

Artist Natalie Jennings will be in the Gallery on Tuesday 11th July 2023 from 10am.
